Boilerplate
Gibbous shows the moon, beautifully: tonight's phase, illumination, moonrise and moonset, a lunar calendar, quiet full moon and eclipse alerts, and the best nights to photograph the moon. Ask Siri for tonight's moon or the next full moon, spin the 3D globe, or point the moon compass at the real thing. Everything is computed on the device by a validated astronomy engine, so it works offline and collects no data. Gibbous is free on the App Store, with Premium and Lifetime upgrades.
