- Is there a free version?
- Yes. The phase, one widget, the lunar calendar, full moon alerts, the moon journal, and the moon you were born under are free forever, with no account and no ads.
- Is there a free trial?
- The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. We show a reminder before it ends, so you are never surprised by a charge.
- Can I buy it once instead of subscribing?
- Yes. The Lifetime option is a single purchase that unlocks Premium forever.
- What are moon days?
- The festivals and observances that traditions set by the moon: Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn, the start of Ramadan and the Eids, Passover and Rosh Hashanah, Easter, Vesak, and the full and new moon days kept in Hindu and Buddhist practice. Each date comes from that tradition's own calendar, computed on your device. What is next is free; the whole year is Premium.
- What is the birth moon?
- Tell Gibbous your birthday and it shows you the moon that hung over the night you were born, free. Premium adds an alert each time the moon comes back to that phase, about once a month, and a widget that keeps your birth moon on your Home Screen.
- How do I cancel?
- Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store under your subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Premium until the period ends.
- Do you collect my data?
- No. Gibbous has no account and collects no personal data. Your settings sync only through your own iCloud.
